Psalm 23 begins with a powerful declaration: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
In this week’s Kickstart, I reflect on what it means to truly know God as our Shepherd. Just as a shepherd cares for, protects, guides, and provides for his sheep, God watches over us, strengthens us, and promises never to leave or forsake us.
Whatever you may be facing, remember that you are not alone. The God who has brought you through before will see you through again. Trust Him, call upon Him, and hold on to His promises. Take time to read Psalm 23, meditate on it, and make it personal: the Lord is my Shepherd.
Take a moment to listen and be encouraged.
