Psalm 28:7 reminds us that God is both our inner strength and our outer protection. When life feels heavy, when we’re weary, uncertain, or under pressure, God upholds us with His mighty hand and shields us from what we cannot see.
His strength carries us when our own strength fails. His shield protects us from the enemy’s attacks — the fear, the doubt, the discouragement that try to overwhelm us. In Him, we find stability, comfort, courage, and a safe place to rest.
Like a shield absorbs the blow for the one holding it, God absorbs the battles we cannot fight on our own. And when we trust Him fully, we walk in calmness, victory, and confidence, knowing He goes before us and surrounds us.
